Learn More About CNC Machining
Why CNC Machining ?
CNC Machining: An Introduction
CNC Machining is a subtractive manufacturing process which remove layers of materials from a block of material by employing computerized controls over machine tools. The term CNC stands for "Computer Numerical Control". Depending on characteristics of Machines, they're widely used in a variety of industries and are suitable for wide range of materials, including metals, plastic, wood, glass, foam and composites.
Choose CNC Machining When you have following requirements
CNC Machining Processes
We offer following CNC Machining processes as of now that are capable of producing precise parts as fast as 2 days
CNC MILLING
CNC Mill Centers are automated machine centers that remove unwanted layers of material using controlled rotation of spindle head. At Precisto, we offer services with 2, 3 and 4 axis Milling machines to meet your requirements along with the finishing options.
Lead Time: 3-7 business days.

FINISHING OPTIONS
We offer following surface finishes for CNC Machined Parts. Contact us for your custom needs or if you need more information.
This is our standard finishing option that leaves visible tool marks. The surface roughness is comparable to 3.2 μm (126 μin). All sharp edges and burrs can be removed upon request.
